1. Go to the Share section.
2. Select Email Signature.
A profile selector will appear, along with the Information, Appearance, and QR Code Appearance sections.
• Information: Some fields will be auto-filled with the data from each profile, while others can be filled in manually. If you switch profiles, the fields you’ve filled manually will remain unchanged.
• Appearance: Your company colors will be displayed, and you can edit them if necessary.
• QR Code Appearance: You can choose the shape and color of the QR code, which will link to the digital profile.
3. Download Email Signature: An image with your chosen configuration will be downloaded.
