You can manage the activation/deactivation of profiles by accessing from Menu > Profiles.
Simply scroll the green button to show a profile to activate or deactivate. Deactivated profiles appear at the bottom of the list.
Recommendations: The deactivate option is useful when the profile is absent for a long period of time, e.g. when on holiday or on sick leave.
How does a deactivated profile affect the different tools?
- Widget: the profile is hidden and their contact details are not visible. If you only have one advisor registered and you deactivate it, the widget will no longer be displayed on your website.
- Digital Card: by default the Company profile is shown.
- HTML Digital Card: by default the Company profile is shown.
