Profile sort logic

1. Connected profiles will appear ahead of non-connected profiles.

2. Profiles belonging to the team with the highest priority will appear first.

Useful to highlight profiles.

3. The ordering of profiles belonging to the same team will be random.  

Useful for not giving priority to profiles in the same team.

4. If two teams have the same priority, the ordering of the profiles will be random.

Useful for not prioritizing one department over another.
